Japanese food in Hong Kong
Japanese food is considered to be expensive and elegant in Hong Kong, but if you know how to find the way, you can still find delicious food with a bargain price. So here it is. See the sashimi (刺身）above, fresh and tasty. It is from the set lunch shown below which is HK$388 for two, that means $194 per head only.
The following lemone juice with fried chicken willow(檸檬炸雞柳)is not a main course, its the jucie for sashimi
The first course is the appetizer, which is crab roe salad(蟹籽沙律),the purpose is to make you eat more.
Then comes the French goose liver.
And the traditional BBQ beef.
Above is tempura, underneath is toppenyaki fried rice.
Steamed egg in form of custard(乳狀蛋糕), the lower is fried vegetable. Free of charge whatsosever set meal you order, so not inside the menu.
